European League

Well guys I just hear what there is an european league(3vs3 BS, NO SPAWN) to play, maybe we can participe in the league as westcoast or as Bh.if we dont have enough players

General Rules:


* Official Tournament name 3v3+ BS
* Expected Tournament start 28/03/2011
* Version 1.1
* Tournament language is english ( sentence in other language will be deleted )
* Tournament hours are GTM + 0:00 ( Standard Time - CLICK )
* Tournament matches will be played in Friday ( between 19:00 - 22:00 GMT), Saturday ( between 15:00 - 22:00 GMT ), Sundays (between 15:00 - 22:00 GMT).Matches may be change in case if teams will wanted play before fixed date, could write in Schedule new information at subject match.
* The matches will be played as 3vs3 ( It's possible play match as 4v4 if both teams agree).
* Every team is choosing 1 map for the match.
* Every map will be played 2 rounds .
* Win this team, which has the most points .
* For Victory team get 3 Points.
* For draw team get 1 point.
* In the case losing this team has 0 Points.
* All Points are in Group which team has been allocated.
* After group stage will be phase playoffs.
* Phase playoffs will be played such a scheme Group.A ( 1st Place) vs Group.C (2nd Place) and Group.B ( 1st Place ) vs Group.D (2nd Place) and vice versa.
* Predicted number of teams 16Places ( but may change for 32 Place if teams demonstrated strong commitment ) .




Rules in the Game:


* UAC 3:
* Every single player without exception starting in Cup should have download
actualization, with the new version of the program Anti-cheat called UAC 3.
* Every single player, without exception have to be ready to switch on UAC 3 while match, on every demand of the opposite team.
* -While switching on UAC 3 while match player pleasd to enter, have a duty to stay on the server where the match is played. If the player, automatically get out from the server, he and his team will be deleted from the league. However he also will be banned on the forum.
* In case of technical problems with UAC 3 the match will stopped and opoposing team win.
* UAC isn't a duty at any match, because if the team trust eachother they can play without it, but both sides have always rights to please opposite team to get on to UAC 3.
* Black screens are disallowed, everyone has duty check his screens-shots before match in case some mistake must be solved.

* Resprawn:
* Spawn OFF, time period 5 seconds in whole this time no one can attack team which was reborn.

* Cheats:

* Modified game file or other files used in match for advantage to player is disallowend otherwise culprit which has something changed in files gets banned ( also applies to R-client ).

Waiting Opinion from others, but do it fast this european league starts 28/03/2011.

no its not allowed but since spawn isnt allowed I dont think u need it..

i cant see the round time in last quality without it if you know how to fix let me know..
