for me you have nice aim and you are very cool person,so i would give you a chance here.BUT you have to learn to play with spawns too and learn to stay in the right places for spawn and cover too.my opinion is to stay for some time in test phase like now and we will see your improvements and decide in some days

for 2 vs 2 i say yes but u plays bad in 3 vs 3

i really dont know what to say.he is friendly and he has good behaviour but he has to improve his skills.i think you should try again an other time,when you improve a little more and when you lean spawns.that is my opinion.
